FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A North Dakota woman faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to distributing methamphetamine.
U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon announced that 32-year-old Ashley Lenoir, of Devils Lake, pleaded guilty to the charge Tuesday.
Prosecutors say Lenoir distributed methamphetamine on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation on Aug. 15, 2011.
Sentencing is set for April 29.
