Facebook Photo Threat Leads To Charges

A Minneapolis man is accused of posting a nude photo of a 15-year-old girl on Facebook.

 

 

 

 

HASTINGS, Minn. (AP) - A Minneapolis man is accused of posting a nude photo of a 15-year-old girl on Facebook.

Dakota County prosecutors say 18-year-old Deuvontay Charles threatened to post numerous naked photos of the girl online unless she had sex with him. A criminal complaint says Charles had persuaded the girl to send him sexually explicit photos of herself. The complaint says he created a Facebook page with the girl's information and posted at least one of the photos.

Charles faces two felony solicitation charges.  He's free on $10,000 bail and is due back in court April 2.
