A man is in custody facing a long list of charges after stealing a pickup in south Fargo early this morning.
Boxed in by the pick-up's owner who followed him in a car, the suspect rammed the car and sped off.
He drove across lawns in the Harwood Groves neighborhood, nearly forced a police officer off the road and then plowed into a house, heavily damaging the pickup.
There was no damage to the brick house.
The man was arrested at gunpoint.
Sargeant Jim Kringlie who made the arrest, told KFGO News it was "one big mess....and a lot of mayhem"
Kringlie says alcohol was a factor in the incident.
