Major Winter Storm Moving Into The Region
The Fargo Moorhead area and points south and east of here will miss the worst of a powerful winter storm moving in from the west.

The Fargo Moorhead area and points south and east of here will miss the worst of a powerful winter storm moving in from the west.
A "Winter Storm Warning" is posted from midnight tonight to 6am sunday morning for counties along and north of line from Devils Lake to Grafton to Hallock where 6 to 10 inches of snow can be expected.
A "Winter Storm Watch" is posted from late tonight through late Saturday night for counties north and west of the F-M area.
That includes Barnes, Griggs, Traill, Grand Forks and the cites of Mayville, Valley City, Cooperstown, Grand Forks and Thief River Falls.
Forecasters say a quarter inch of freezing rain and up to 4 inches of snow is possible in that area.
