MinnDak Farmers Cooperative Holds Annual Meeting In Fargo

Minn-Dak Farmers Cooperative had a very large crop this year harvesting more than 3 million tons of sugar beets.

The estimated overall payment to growers is $226-million.

President and Chief Executive Dave Roche says the 2011 crop translated into a payment of $155-million, which he calls disappointing.

The Wahpeton-based cooperative is holding its 40th annual meeting at the Fargo Holiday Inn.
