A huge rise in gas prices in the past month.

Prices have risen about 60-cents in the past month.

Gene Ladoucer of AAA-North dakota, says the typical spike usually comes around Memorial Day.

The average price right now locally is about $3.65 a gallon. gas prices are expected to climb into the summer, possibly reaching over $4 dollars a gallon.
