Man Arrested For Kicking Woman In Face

Roberto Rodriguez, 24, has addresses in both Fargo and Moorhead. He was taken to jail on charges of aggravated assault, domestic violence and resisting arrest.

 

 

 

 

A man is in the Cass County Jail after an early morning assault that was partially witnessed by a Fargo police officer rolling up to the scene.

Roberto Rodriguez, 24, has addresses in both Fargo and Moorhead. He was taken to jail on charges of aggravated assault, domestic violence and resisting arrest.

Sergeant Jared Crane says Rodriguez repeatedly punched a woman and kicked her in the face numerous times as the pair were walking near First st. and 7th ave. north at about 5:40am Saturday.

Crane says he believes the two had been drinking.
