Still a lot of blowing and drifting going on, especially out in open areas.

Visibility is reduced.

Plow operators on the Minnesota side are reporting "difficult" driving conditions around Moorhead and Clay County--there's still a lot of drifting going on.

Conditions are generally described as "fair" in the Detroit Lakes and Fergus Falls areas.
