Guilty Plea In Fargo Rape Case

A Fargo man has admitted to raping a 13-year-old girl.

 

 

 

 

A Fargo man has admitted to raping a 13-year-old girl.

In a deal with prosecutors, 19 year old Tremaine Jones pleaded guilty to a class-C felony.

Jones had been charged with gross sexual imposition which is a class-A felony.

Jones and his half-brother Jermaine Jones sexually assaulted two 13-year-old girls at a south Fargo apartment in September.

Jermaine Jones was convicted of double-a felony gross sexual imposition.

A pre-sentence investigation has been ordered for both men.
