North Dakota lawmakers are hearing arguments over bills that would ban abortion.
Opponents say the bills do not takes cases of rape or incest into consideration.
Janelle Moos is with the council on abused women's services.
She says some of these bills not only limit a rape victim's choice, but further victimize them.
Those who support the bills say abortion violates the 14th amendment, which guarantees every person the right to life and liberty.
