Fargo Police Searching For Convicted Sex Offender

Gerardo Garza has a sexual assault conviction in Texas. The victim was a 14 year-old girl that Garza knew.

A sex offender who's been living in Fargo can't be located and police are asking the Cass County State's attorneys office to review whether he should be charged with not registering his address.

Gerardo Garza has a sexual assault conviction in Texas. The victim was a 14 year-old girl that Garza knew.

He's been classified as a moderate risk sex offender in North Dakota. Garza's last known address was 3529 Kelly St. no. in Fargo.
