Charges In Crookston Embezzlement Case

The manager/treasurer of the Humane Society in Crookston is accused of embezzling more than $30-thousand.

(Crookston, Mn) -- The manager/treasurer of the Humane Society in Crookston is accused of embezzling more than $30-thousand.

26-year-old Tracy Janish has been charged with one count of felony theft.

Investigators say she falsified records and took cash.

Janish is scheduled to make her first court appearance next month.
