Fargo Police say a high level sex offender with convictions in North and South Dakota has changed addresses.

John Roy Oliver Nelson, 23, is living in an apartment at 1122 2nd ave. So.

He was classified as a high risk sex offender by the State Assessment Committee.

Nelson has a 2009 conviction in Dickey County. He was also found guilty of having sexual contact with a minor in Aberdeen, South Dakota when he was a minor.

Both victims were girls that he knew who were under 15.
