Cabela's Plans To Open Woodbury Store

Hunting-and-fishing retailer Cabela's Inc. is expanding to the eastern Twin Cities.

 

 

 

 

WOODBURY, Minn. (AP) - Hunting-and-fishing retailer Cabela's Inc. is expanding to the eastern Twin Cities.

The Nebraska-based company announced plans Tuesday to open a store in Woodbury in the fall of 2014.

It will be the fourth location in Minnesota, after Owatonna, Rogers and East Grand Forks.

The store will be located in the Tamarack Village Shopping Center and will employ up to 185 full-and part-time employees.

Construction on the 85,000-square-foot store will start this fall.
