Fargo Strip Club Settles Lawsuit Filed By Dancers

Three dancers have settled a federal lawsuit against Fargo's lone strip club.

 

 

 

 

FARGO, N.D. (AP) - Three dancers have settled a federal lawsuit against Fargo's lone strip club.

The dancers sued Ferny Properties LLC in December 2011 in U.S. District Court in Fargo, alleging they were owed more than $188,000 for work at The Northern Gentlemen's Club between 2008 and 2011.

The dancers' attorney says the case has been resolved out of court and details are not being released.
