BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - A North Dakota woman says she will plead guilty to causing a motor vehicle accident that killed two people.
Federal authorities say Barbara Iron Hawk was under the influence of intoxicating liquor and drugs during the Nov. 8 accident near Cannon Ball that killed 57-year-old Charlene Summers and 72-year-old George American Horse.
The plea agreement calls for Iron Hawk to plead guilty to two counts of involuntary manslaughter.
Each count carries a maximum penalty of eight years in prison.
A plea hearing has not been scheduled.
