Heitkamp Announces Committee Assignments

Heidi Heitkamp has been appointed to the Senate Agriculture Committee and the Committee on Indian Affairs, two appointments she said he'd seek during the campaign.

Senator-Elect Heidi Heitkamp has been appointed to the Senate Agriculture Committee and the Committee on Indian Affairs, two appointments she said she'd seek during the campaign.

Heitkamp will also serve on the Banking, Small Business and Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committees.

Heitkamp says the committee assignments should serve North Dakota well.
