Minnesota State-Universtiy students whose cars were towed in the latest test of Moorhead's new snow removal ordinance will be reimbursed by the school.
More than 70 cars were hauled away last week. The university's Dave Wahlberg says a technical problem prevented the sending of an e-mail reminder to students.
Wahlberg says offering reimbursement is the responsible thing to do.
Students who were towed must fill out a form to get their money back.
