FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A North Dakota man has pleaded guilty to driving drunk and killing another man.

U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon announced Wednesday that 36-year-old Louis John Dunn, of Fort Totten, pleaded guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter.

Prosecutors say Dunn drove drunk and into on-coming traffic on the Spirit Lake Indian Reservation before striking another vehicle.

The driver of that car, Andrew Greywater, died from his injuries.

The charge carries a maximum penalty of eight years in prison.

Sentencing is set for May 29th.
