"OSHA" is investigating an accident at the American Crystal Sugar plant in East Grand Forks.
The company has only said that a man was burned by hot liquid last week. The victim was a contract worker and not directly employed by Crystal.
An "OSHA" spokesman says the agency has conducted an inspection, but he can't disclose any further information.
Crystal union workers were locked out of the five Red river Valley plants in Aug. 2011 and remain off the job.
