A former NDSU football player has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor disorderly conduct charge.
Brandon Jemison was sentenced to 30 hours of community service, must receive sex offender treatment, pay $250 in court fees and will be on probation for one year.
Jemison was initially charged with indecent exposure after police say he exposed his genitals to a woman and some children while sitting on a bench outside West Acres Mall last summer.
His father called it a "wardrobe malfunction."
Jemison was cut from the football team entering his senior year.
