Charges have been filed against a Minnesota truck driver in connection with a fatal accident in Fargo in June.
56-year old James Toner is facing manslaughter and aggravated reckless driving charges.
He was the driver of a semi truck that collided with a motorcycle at the intersection of 25th Street and 23rd Avenue south, killing 29-year Jason Viestenz (vees-tenz).
Toner is accused of making an improper right-hand turn across several lanes of traffic.
