A federal lawsuit claims a Moorhead company is owed more than a million dollars in a government-related contract dispute.
Moorhead Electric was hired by an Alabama company to provide materials and services for a FEMA housing project in Minot. Court documents say DRC Emergency Services failed to pay Moorhead Electric nearly $1.1 million.
DRC entered into a contract with the Corps of Engineers and hired Moorhead Electric as a project sub-contractor.
