Man Bitten By Pit Bulls In Valley City
A Valley City man has been credited with stepping in when two dogs attacked a woman and her dog.
A Valley City man has been credited with stepping in when two dogs attacked a woman and her dog.
Adam Faul was bitten by one of the pit bulls in the altercation.
"Two dogs jump out of a moving vehicle and go after a gal that was walking her dog,” said Faul. “When I realized what was going to happen, I ran over and got in between her and the two pit bulls, did what I could to keep them away. The male bit me in the right thigh, I got three teeth marks, two are pretty deep. There’s a split second when you think what you’re about to do, but you do what you got to do to help somebody else.”
The woman and her dog got into a car to get away from the pit bulls.
Police said the owner of the pit bulls has admitted that they have attacked once in the past.
