Charges are not expected against a teen who struck and killed a man near Bemidji early Saturday.
Tyler Cummings, 21, of Bemidji was lying on a road when he was struck and killed. An autopsy found his blood alcohol level was a .16.
Cummings had been drinking at a bar with friends, and when they called a taxi, he decided to stay. He left the bar on foot about two hours prior to being struck and killed.
The 19-year-old who hit him was on her way home from work.
