Former NDSU Linebacker Pleaded Not Guilty

Former NDSU linebacker Brandon Bemison has pleaded not guilty to indecent exposure.

FARGO - Former NDSU linebacker Brandon Bemison has pleaded not guilty to indecent exposure. Jemison made the plea through his lawyer, and did not appear in court.

Jemison is accused of exposing himself to children outside West Acres shopping center on July 27.

Jemison, a Fargo South High School graduate, was kicked off the team last month. A police lieutenant identified Jemison from a photograph taken from the mall's security video.
