Fargo Man Accused Of Assaulting Woman With Vehicle

A Fargo man is accused of using a motor vehicle to assault his ex-girlfriend.

 

 

 

 

A Fargo man is accused of using a motor vehicle to assault his ex-girlfriend.

Jonathon Kinney, 32, got into an argument with the woman on a gravel road early yesterday south of Moorhead. Prosecutors say that when the woman got out of the car, she had to run to a nearby ditch to avoid being run over.

The complaint says Kinney swerved the vehicle toward the woman about five or six times. The victim hid in a cornfield until a motorist picked her up and gave her a ride home.

Kinney is charged with felony assault with a dangerous weapon and terroristic threats.
