The West Fargo School Board has approved a feasibility study on a community and aquatics center.

The study will look a way to pay for building the facility and its on-going operations.

"If we are going to continue moving forward with this analysis, it's going to actually require the services of somebody that is in the business of designing these types of facilities," School Board Business Manager Mark Lemer.

The $60,000 feasibility study will determine cost, location and how to pay for the multi-use venue.

The West Fargo Park Board, which will take the administrative lead on the project, and the City Commission gave approval earlier.

The results of the study will likely come back in September.
