A West Fargo man has the dubious distinction of having the highest-ever DUI bail set by a Cass County judge.

WEST FARGO, N.D. - A West Fargo man has the dubious distinction of having the highest-ever DUI bail set by a Cass County judge.

Kevin Tegtmeier was pulled over in West Fargo last Friday—his 14th drunk driving arrest. Police say he blew a .251 blood alcohol content.

His bail was set at $15,000 cash, which is $5,000 more than prosecutors asked for.
