Family Blames Woman's Suicide On TV Host

The family of a Cottage Grove, Minn. woman is blaming her suicide on TV talk show host Nancy Grace.

 

 

 

 

The family of a Cottage Grove, Minn. woman is blaming her suicide on TV talk show host Nancy Grace.

Earlier this summer, Grace profiled the case of Toni Medrano.

Medrano had been accused of drinking and passing out on her baby, who suffocated.

Grace referred to Medrano as "vodka mom."

Medrano's husband says she began to spiral down after appearing on Grace's show. The family is talking about a lawsuit against the show's producers.

Medrano died after lighting herself on fire.
