The ex-wife of former University of North Dakota basketball star Jerome Beasley says it’s been a struggle.

Sarah Beasley says life for her and her two children hasn't been easy since she filed for divorce four years ago.

Jerome Beasley is in jail in Grand Forks. He owes nearly $200,000 in back child and spousal support.

Jerome Beasley has to come up with almost $16,000 or serve 30 days in jail.

Sarah Beasley says her former husband thinks he's above the law. Beasley also served time in jail two years ago.

Since a brief career in the NBA, he's been playing overseas.
