Juveniles May Be Charged In Adult Court On Robbery Charges

Transfer hearings are set for next week.

 

 

 

 

FARGO - The Cass County State's attorneys office has charged a 17-year-old Fargo boy with robbing Gordy's Travel Plaza in Mapleton last week.

The boy was arrested during a traffic stop on I-29 in south Fargo not long after the robbery.

He's also been linked to an earlier robbery at Giant Panda in Fargo. He's among three juveniles charged in that case and prosecutors will that all three be transferred to adult court. Hearings are scheduled for next Tuesday.
