Fargo, N.D. (AP) A backup North Dakota State linebacker who was kicked off the football team two weeks ago has been charged with indecent exposure.
Cass County court documents accuse Brandon Jemison of exposing himself in the presence of a woman and minors outside of West Acres shopping center in Fargo on the afternoon of July 27th.
Jemison's father, Chad Desjarlais, told the media that his son realized he had a hole in his shorts and was trying to fix it.
The charge is a misdemeanor. A court appearance has not been scheduled.
Jemison played in all 40 games and started 27 with the Bison. He was dismissed from NDSU's roster on August 9th for a violation of team rules.
The Bison won the football championship subdivision title last season.
