GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) - A North Carolina-based company wants to build housing in Grand Forks that would be marketed to University of North Dakota students.
Campus Crest Communities of North Carolina proposes 12 three-story buildings that could house 600 tenants, just north of the Alerus Center and southwest of the UND campus.
City planners have recommended the City Council give zoning approval for the project.
