Man In Underwear Arrested At Fargo Airport

A man was arrested after walking down a runway at Hector International Airport was wearing only his underwear.

A man was arrested after walking down a runway at Hector International Airport was wearing only his underwear.

Fargo Police Lieutenant Joel Vettel said construction crews at the airport spotted the man shortly after 3 a.m. on Wednesday.

"Officers were called by the construction crew members working on the taxiways up at Hector International Airport," said Vettel. "When they arrived, they were told by the construction workers there was an individual they had found inside the fenced area of the construction area that was walking around wearing just his boxer-style shorts."

Gavriil Telkov, 20, of Fargo was arrested for criminal trespass.

Vettel said Telkov was taken to a Fargo hospital for an evaluation.
