Police Respond to South Fargo Disturbance

Fargo police are investigating following a bizarre series of events on the city's southside this morning.

 

 

 

 

Fargo police are investigating following a bizarre series of events on the city's southside this morning.   A man who was bleeding profusely entered the Loaf & Jug in the 1800 block of South University just before 4 and told the clerk he broke into a bank.   He made other strange comments and took off.   Police found him in the area.  He became combative with paramedics and had to be restrained by police before he was transported to the hospital.    Police didn't find any evidence of a bank break-in, but they did find a broken window on Town And Country Realty nearby.    They believe the man is the one who broke it.    The man has been charged with resisting arrest.  Additional charges are possible.
