Look for political advertising to heat up as the weather cools down.

University of Mary political science professor Mark Springer says after Labor Day, you'll hear and see a lot of advertising.

Springer says much of the money in the Rick Berg-Heidi Heitkamp Senate race is coming from political action committees. He says this will be by far, the most expensive U.S. Senate contest in state history.
