A new political ad calls Congressman Rick Berg's "business perspective" faulty. The ad, approved by Berg's senate opponent, Heidi Heitkamp, says Berg's ties to Goldmark Property Management reflect unsound business practices.

The ad attacks something Berg is known for-- his business experience. Heitkamp senior advisor, Gail Hand, says the congressman cannot hide from his ties to Goldmark.

Leaders from Goldmark Property Management say the ad has it all wrong. Kurt Bollman is the CEO of Goldmark Property Management, and says Berg is involved with another separate company called Goldmark Schlossman Commercial Real Estate Services.

Bollman says the ad is upsetting. The ad started running this week.
