A man accused of stabbing his wife to death plans to argue he lacked criminal responsibility at the time.

 

 

 

 

A man accused of stabbing his wife to death plans to argue he lacked criminal responsibility at the time.

Henry Deniger, 49, is charged in the death of his wife Kathy last March at the couple's south Fargo apartment.

According to a court document filed, Deniger's defense is based on mental disease or a defect at the time of the alleged crime.
