JAMESTOWN, N.D. (AP) - A judge in North Dakota has sentenced two people to prison in separate drug cases.
Linda Gail Semones, 40, had been charged with possessing a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. She pleaded guilty to that charge and two misdemeanor charges. She was sentenced to five years in prison.
In another case, 47-year-old Scott Alan Vogel pleaded guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was sentenced to two years in prison on each charge.
