WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) - A Williston man accused of killing his wife has posted bond and been released from jail.
Twenty-eight-year-old Josh House is charged with manslaughter and reckless endangerment in the Saturday shooting death of 24-year-old Chantel House. He is due in court June 12.
His sister, Suzie House, tells the Williston Herald that the shooting was a "terrible accident." She says her brother was cleaning a gun when it accidentally fired.
