FARGO - A Fargo man accused of murdering his wife will undergo mental health treatment at the State Hospital in Jamestown.
The judge's order suspends proceedings in the case for up to 90 days.
Henry Deniger, 50, faces up to life in prison without parole if found guilty of fatally stabbing his wife, Kathye Deniger. Her body was found in the couple's south Fargo apartment on March 6th.
