Moorhead Man Arrested In Domestic Assault, Threats Case

A Moorhead man is in the Clay County jail on domestic assault and other charges after an early morning argument with a woman.

 

 

 

 

A Moorhead man is in the Clay County jail on domestic assault and other charges after an early morning argument with a woman.

Emerson Chasing Bear, 54, was arrested for hitting the woman. She suffered a cut to the top of her head.

Police say Chasing Bear also threatened to shoot a cab driver. The incident happened in the 3000 block of 18th Street South at 4 a.m. on Saturday.
