Traffic Stop Leads To Reckless Endangerment Charge

A Fargo man is in the Cass County jail and charged with reckless endangerment following a traffic stop early Wednesday morning.

 

 

 

 

A Fargo man is in the Cass County jail and charged with reckless endangerment following a traffic stop early Wednesday morning.

Police spotted the a car run a red light on 13th Avenue near the West Acres mall. When the officer attempted to pull the car over, the car's driver, Abdirahman Muse, not only refused to stop but then jumped in the back seat while his car was still moving.

A front seat passenger was finally able to stop the car but not before it struck the median several times.

Muse told police he did it because he was scared.
