The case of a Fargo man accused of killing has wife has been delayed due to a conflict with lawyers.

The case of a Fargo man accused of killing has wife has been delayed due to a conflict with lawyers.


Henry Deniger is charged with stabbing his wife, Kathye, to death in their south Fargo apartment last March.


Deniger has undergone a mental evaluation and may base his defense on mental disease or defect.


Deniger will be assigned a different public defender.
