FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A Fort Totten man has been sentenced to prison for lying in court about his whereabouts.
U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon announced that 41-year-old Robert Herman, Jr., was sentenced to one year in prison after pleading guilty to lying about where he was on Sept. 24.
Six of the 12 months will be served under electronic home monitoring.
It will be followed by three years of supervised release.
