BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) - North Dakota tourism officials are asking people in the oil patch this month about their travel patterns and recreational interests.

Officials say workers in crew camps in Dickinson and Williston will be surveyed, along with customers at a convenience store in Stanley.

North Dakota Tourism Director Sara Otte Coleman says the survey will help with marketing planning.

She says it also will allow officials to share tips on things to see and do in the state this summer.
