Tenn. Woman Found Guilty On Luring, Sex Charges In Grand Forks

A Knoxville, Tenn. woman has been found guilty of having sex with a Grand Forks teen she met on the Internet.

 

 

 

 

A Knoxville, Tenn. woman has been found guilty of having sex with a Grand Forks teen she met on the Internet.

Cynthia Kusy, 47, was charged with sexual assault of a minor and luring a minor by computer.

Kusy drove to Grand Forks in April to meet the boy and have sex.

Kusy could be sentenced up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine on each charge when she is sentenced in October.
