High Risk Sex Offender Moves To Grand Forks

The Grand Forks Police Department says another high risk sex offender has moved into the city.

 

 

 

 

The Grand Forks Police Department says another high risk sex offender has moved into the city.

Authorities say 26-year-old Justin McGregor lives at 1411 Ninth Avenue North.

McGregor was convicted of gross sexual imposition in 1999 and corruption and solicitation of a minor in 2010.

He was recently released from the North Dakota State Penitentiary.

Grand Forks Police say that there are 91 sex offenders registered to live or work in the city—that includes seven high risk offenders.
