Guilty Plea Issued In Death Of Snakes In Storage Locker

A Dilworth, Minn. man has admitted to allowing 32 snakes to die while they were being kept in a storage locker.

 

 

 

 

A Dilworth, Minn. man has admitted to allowing 32 snakes to die while they were being kept in a storage locker.

Henry Atherton pleaded guilty on Thursday to animal torture, deprivation of food and shelter and abandonment.

Deputies found the dead ball pythons when they were called to investigate an odor complaint in January.

Atherton will be sentenced on July 9th.
